LUNAR RESTAURANT

 
 
 

由江南布衣(JNBY)独家赞助的想象力学实验室由艺术家耿建翌组建。“月食”是实验室的固定活动,在每月20号邀请两组艺术家、建筑师、媒体人等,为21位挑选出的食(chi)客(huo)们做6-8道菜品。“月食”有两条基本的原则:第一,所做的需要是没听说过的没有见过的没有吃过的;第二,不能对人造成伤害,不能让人感到不舒服。“月食”项目以烹饪为形式、以“要求艺术家提供从未听说过,没见过、更不用说吃过的食品设计”为准则,试图将当代艺术延伸至日常创造力层面。

Fang Hu 与 Jessie 于2015年8月参与了月食的第23次活动,在一个中国的七夕情人节的夜晚为二十位宾客带去了六道精心设计的菜肴。

Soy milk ice cream, Youtiao with icing sugar, jumping sugar, pistachio

When you're stressed, you eat Ice cream, chocolate and sweets. You know why? Because "stressed" spelled backwards IS "Desserts".
