This project is focusing on the innovate concept design of healthy diet in future, that is, prospect of cases where insect protein is the primary intake nutrition.Basing on insect customs in the eastern and western food cultures , the author has conducted a series of field and network investigations and chosen mealworm that is easy to cultivate and rich in nutrition from among one thousand nine hundred edible insects as primary materials for research. The author has studied the healthy diet of 2070 and prediction of its development trend in future, studied the significance of insect protein to the design of food activation in future, explored the possibility of interpreting and activating insect food with modern design solution in future, designed and worked out a system of insect “cultivation-eating” for future community.
